Shipping Policy

All orders before 12pm will be noted the same day.

Our standard UK shipping is a 2-3 working day delivery. In the event of a delayed delivery, please contact us with your full name, date of purchase and the name of the purchased product/products. We will amend any problems as soon as possible.

1st Class UK shipping is a 1-2 working day delivery. If your product/products do not arrive within 3 working days, please contact us immediately with your full name, date of purchase and the name of the purchased product/products. No refunds will be available for later deliveries.

Our international shipping can take longer. However, the date of delivery will vary depending on your location.  If you do not receive your product/products within 20 working days, please contact us immediately with your full name, date of purchase and the name of the purchased product/products.
